These terms govern access to Auto Subtitle Generator, including guest use, accounts, subscriptions, uploaded media, and exported files.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of media, transcripts, styles, and exports you provide or create. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload, process, caption, and publish that material.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access methods secure. Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, platform rules, rate limits, or the security and availability of the service.

Plans, limits, and billing

Free and paid plans have published limits for duration, uploads, projects, exports, translation, resolution, and retention. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected interval until canceled and return to the Free plan at the end of the paid period.

Generated output and availability

Automatic transcription can contain errors, especially with noise, overlapping speech, names, or accents, so you are responsible for reviewing captions before publication. The service may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
